How to Learn Typing on PC (Type Tutors)

Typing tutor can be used both in the classroom under the guidance of teacher, as well as for self-study. Available export the training statistics in the different formats and creating your own training courses.

How to Install / Use

Download RapidTyping_Portable_5.x.zip archive in any folder on your PC or USB-stick.

Wait until the download is complete, and then unpack the downloaded file to USB-stick or into any other folder you have write-access to like "Desktop".
To start RapidTyping, double-click the RapidTyping.exe in the folder where you've just unpacked the downloaded ZIP.

When you run RapidTyping for the first time, you'll see the Configuration Wizard, which will help you to set the RapidTyping options, see How to configure settings in Wizard.

• RapidTyping is only installed on the teacher's computer.
• The teacher's computer can be a server or workstation.
• Students run an executable file from a network drive over the local network Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
• The teacher creates student accounts.
• Student accounts are stored on the teacher's computer.
• The teacher can monitor the process of learning/testing of students on his/her computer.
